amount of the accepted bid?

$150,000 and the accepted bid the same amount.

Why was not the proper deposit paid?

The buyers said the money had not come. They

paid $2,000 and promised to pay the balance next day.

They have since paid a further $1,000. I gave them till

the 22nd November to pay the balance. The whole $150,000

should have been paid by the 8th November.
